Basic Structure
- Chain Body Double-pitch conveyor chain with thick stamped link plates with black anti-corrosion finish. Built-in support rollers slide along guide rails to reduce friction. Optimized dynamic balance ensures stable high-speed operation.
- External Bearing Rollers & T-type Extended Pins (Dual Former Design) Pins extend outward on both sides fitted with precision bearing rollers. Horizontal T-bars mounted on extended pins are used to hang glove formers. Dual-former structure allows mounting two glove formers on one pin, greatly boosting production capacity at identical line speed.
- Hinge Assembly Hardened solid pins and precision bushes maintain stable lubrication and low temperature rise under continuous high-speed circulation. Bearing rollers undertake partial load to reduce hinge abrasion.
