Basic Structure
- Chain Body X458 and X698 are internationally standard forged overhead conveyor chains. Precision forged alloy steel construction delivers higher toughness and impact resistance compared with stamped chains. X458 for light-duty transport, X698 for heavy-load applications. Both match standard enclosed I-shaped overhead tracks.
- Trolley Carrier Assembly Each unit consists of track running wheels, forged hangers, fasteners and mounting lugs. The rollers bear vertical load and travel along the enclosed track. The chain only transmits traction force instead of supporting workpiece weight, effectively reducing chain tension wear. Two hanger types available: single-lug for light loads, double-support hanger for heavy-duty trolleys.
- Hinge Assembly Hardened solid pins and wear-resistant bushings with grease fitting points for continuous cyclic operation. The conveyor system supports horizontal turning, ascending and descending for closed-loop three-dimensional production lines.
