How to Select Suitable Extended Pin Hose Conveyor Chain for Specific Applications

1. Confirm the base chain model

Select standard simplex / duplex roller chain as the base, such as 08A, 10A, 12A, 16A. Determine the pitch according to conveyor speed, load and sprocket size. Higher load and longer service life requirements usually adopt larger pitch chains.

7. Lubrication & maintenance plan

Select oil-lubricated chains for general workshops. Choose maintenance-free bush chains if frequent lubrication is not allowed in production processes.
