Products Description
A sturdy non-roller conveyor chain made of interlocking open-barrel links joined by solid pins is called a pintle chain. This heavy-duty chain, also known as a case conveyor pintle chain, is designed specifically to move cartons, plastic totes, packaged goods, bulk grain, and agricultural materials via various material handling systems. It is a great option for packaging lines, warehouse conveyors, and farm harvesting equipment because of its open-barrel design, which provides smooth articulation, outstanding debris resistance, and dependable performance even in dusty, unclean operating environments.
The 620, 720, 820, 920, and 1020 series are common standard sizes. For agricultural and bulk conveying applications, steel pintle chain types 667X, 667H, and 667XC are also commonly used in addition to these standard standards.
For low-load conveying applications, the 667H is the affordable light-duty choice. The 667XC is a modified special-profile derivation of the 667X that is optimized to mate with bespoke sprockets for matching OEM replacement scenarios. The 667X is the universal heavy-duty standard variant that is available worldwide and is commonly installed on combine harvesters and manure spreaders.

Limitations
Long-term exposure to mud and water causes carbon steel components to rust. After operation, routine lubrication and cleaning are necessary. Hinge abrasion will be accelerated by sand and gravel. Chain elongation will be permanent as a result of overload operation.
