Pintle chain is a rugged non-roller conveyor chain constructed of interlocking open-barrel links connected by solid pins. It is also known as case conveyor pintle chain, specially designed for transporting cartons, plastic totes and packaged goods. Common standard sizes include 620, 720, 820, 920, 1020 series.
Structure Features
This chain has no rollers. The flat top surface avoids scratching packaging. The open hinge design prevents jamming caused by paper scraps, dust and debris. Links engage directly on sprockets and slide along guide tracks. Different attachments and extended pins can be customized for diversified conveying requirements.

Limitations
Carbon steel components tend to rust under long-term exposure to mud and water. Regular cleaning and lubrication are required after operation. Sand and gravel will accelerate hinge abrasion. Overload operation will cause permanent chain elongation.
