Basic Structure
Chain Body Heavy-duty plate conveyor chain constructed with thickened inner & outer link plates, solid pins, sleeves and support rollers. Normally made of high-strength carbon steel with heat treatment for enhanced wear resistance; stainless steel is optional for corrosive environments. Thick link plates provide high tensile load for long-time heavy-load traction.
Custom Attachments Two common attachments: L-shaped scraper brackets and cylindrical hook attachments. Scrapers are welded or bolted onto attachments to push materials during operation. Attachment dimensions and spacing can be customized according to equipment drawings.
Support Rollers External support rollers run along the machine guide rail to reduce friction, lower power consumption and mitigate wear on link plates.
