C2050K2 Double Pitch Conveyor Chain
40SR, 50SR and 60SR are short pitch side roller chains converted from standard ANSI 40, 50 and 60 base roller chains. Structural modification is realized by installing outboard side rollers onto extended pins. Customers can freely switch between steel rollers and PA6 nylon rollers according to working conditions. Extra attachments such as extended pins and bent plates can be added to fit fixtures.
In terms of operation principle, outboard rollers undertake the load and slide on guide rails, whereas the chain hinge only transfers tension. This structural separation greatly reduces wear of pins and sleeves.
These chains serve diverse industries including automated assembly lines, packaging machinery, car washing equipment and light transport conveyors. Carbon steel and stainless steel material options are provided. Flexible structural adjustments make them adaptable to horizontal, inclined and curve conveying tracks. Customized roller sizes and fitting accessories are supported to satisfy individualized conveyor layout requirements.
