RF10150 series is a large-pitch heavy-duty metric conveyor roller chain with pitch 150 mm. Three variants available: RF10150 (standard roller), RF10150R (flanged roller), RF10150F (wide flange roller). Made of high-strength carbon steel with heat treatment & black oxide finish. It supports standard attachments: A1, A2 straight attachments, K1, K2 bent attachments and GA4 extended pins. Matching drive sprockets BW1 (single hub) and CW1 (double hub) are supplied together. Widely used for medium-low speed heavy load conveying in timber, sugar mill, solid waste, building material industries.
Structure Analysis
Heavy-duty carbon steel chain base Thickened link plates, enlarged pins, sleeves and rollers with quenching treatment for high tensile strength and wear resistance. Black oxide surface provides basic rust protection.
Modular attachments A1/A2/K1/K2/GA4 A1/A2 flat attachments for mounting slats, hoppers; K1/K2 bent L-type attachments for side brackets; GA4 extended pins for fitting support rollers. Attachments can be arranged at required pitches.
Three roller designs Standard roller for general rails; R-type flanged roller prevents chain deviation without extra side guides; F-type wide flange roller suits narrow guide tracks.
BW1 & CW1 hub sprockets BW1 single-hub sprocket, CW1 double-hub sprocket precisely mesh with RF10150 chain, easy installation on driving shafts for heavy power transmission.

Limitations
Carbon steel is not suitable for strong acid, salt spray or continuous water immersion; stainless steel version or surface coating is required for corrosive conditions.

Designed for low & medium speed operation, not recommended for high-speed driving transmission.
