KH875 is a Hy-Vo type articulated inverted tooth silent chain with 38.1 mm pitch. Different from conventional silent chain, it adopts pin & bushing hinge construction, combining smooth meshing of tooth chain and high wear resistance of roller chain hinge. Manufactured with high-strength alloy steel and full heat treatment. Inner tooth profiles engage with sprockets for stable power transmission. Widely used in high-power, medium-high speed drive systems such as air compressors, blowers, petroleum machinery, cement equipment and engineering machinery.
Structure Analysis
Stacked Toothed Link Plates Multi-layer link plates assembled side by side. Inner involute teeth contact sprockets with large contact area to reduce impact load. Multiple strands available for higher power.
Hy-Vo Pin & Bushing Articulation The core feature: sliding friction between pins and bushings. Lubricant can be retained inside hinges, greatly extending service life compared with bushingless silent chain.
Circular Lock Plates End lock plates prevent axial movement of pins, avoiding chain separation under vibration and alternating loads.

Limitations
