FU270 scraper conveyor chain is a heavy-duty industrial conveying chain with integrated reinforced structure.
It consists of thickened link plates, solid pins, durable bushings and matched scraper accessories.
All key parts adopt high-strength alloy steel and undergo overall quenching heat treatment, greatly improving hardness and impact resistance.
The optimized gap design prevents material jamming and reduces operation friction.
The detachable scraper is firmly installed on chain side plates, featuring high connection stability.
Besides, the sealed structure can block dust and fine particles, avoiding internal component abrasion and chain stuck failure.
Application
