This lift sprocket is one‑piece double‑row lifting sprocket, made of 45# carbon steel in raw machined condition without surface finish. Double‑row teeth and hub are integrally constructed. The stepped central bore is semi‑finished blank hole; customers need to re‑machine bore and keyway by themselves. It matches double‑row lift chain, widely used for bucket elevators and vertical material lifting conveying equipment for vertical material elevation.

Thick stepped combined hub Heavy‑duty stepped integrated hub provides high overall rigidity, resists tension and impact loads generated during material lifting. Bore remains blank without pre‑machined keyway for customer custom machining according to actual shaft dimension.

Raw machined blank status No black oxide, zinc‑plating or other surface treatment. After customer machining, further processes such as tooth hardening, black oxide or galvanizing are optional. High‑frequency tooth hardening is available for higher wear resistance.
