This heavy-duty non-standard cross-bar conveyor chain is specially developed for combine harvesters. It consists of two parallel heavy-duty chains assembled with horizontal steel bars. Widely used in grain elevator, grain unloading and seed conveying systems of wheat, rice and corn harvesters. Made of high-strength carbon steel, the chain assembly reaches 150–200 KN tensile strength. It is designed to withstand heavy loads, continuous vibration and harsh muddy farm environments. All dimensions can be customized to fit different harvester brands and models.
Structure Analysis
Dual Heavy-Duty Chain Strands Two synchronized heavy roller chains serve as traction parts. Thickened link plates and heat-treated pins improve tensile resistance and shock resistance for bumpy field operations. The chain pitch can be customized on request.
Horizontal Steel Cross Bars Steel bars are mounted between dual chains to transport grains and crops. Anti-rust coating protects bars against soil and moisture erosion. Bar length, thickness and spacing support full non-standard customization.
Bolted Detachable Structure Cross bars are fixed with bolts. Worn bars can be replaced separately instead of replacing the whole chain, effectively lowering maintenance costs.

Limitations
Carbon steel components tend to rust under long-term exposure to mud and water. Regular cleaning and lubrication are required after operation. Sand and gravel will accelerate hinge abrasion. Overload operation will cause permanent chain elongation.
