This conveyor chain is built on standard 06C (35B) roller chain with 9.525 mm pitch. Red silicone anti-slip pads are mounted on outer link plates. It is specially customized for PCB wave soldering machines, also known as wave solder downhill transport chain. The carbon steel chain body works with elastic silicone pads to stably carry circuit boards. It effectively prevents PCBs from sliding, shifting or dropping during downhill transportation, widely adopted in electronics assembly, wave soldering and SMT production lines.

Base 06C (35B) Precision Roller Chain Standard 9.525mm pitch carbon steel roller chain. Heat-treated pins and sleeves guarantee flexible rotation. Compatible with standard 06C sprockets for direct replacement on most wave soldering equipment.

Red Silicone Anti-slip Pads (Key Feature) High-friction silicone pads serve as the supporting surface. Soft silicone avoids scratches on PCB boards, solder pads and electronic components. It solves the slipping problem at downhill sections of wave soldering equipment.

Connecting Links Matching inner & outer connecting links are supplied for easy on-site cutting and assembly according to machine track length.

Customizable Options Silicone hardness, thickness and mounting mode can be modified. High-temperature resistant silicone is available for heat-intensive soldering environments.

Limitations

1

Conventional silicone ages quickly under continuous high temperature; high-temperature silicone is mandatory near heating zones. Sharp objects may tear silicone pads. Regular cleaning is required if exposed to flux vapor.
