Double Plus Chains

Double plus chains, also known as double-speed or free-flow chains, are a specialized conveyor chain designed for high-efficiency automated lines. Their core feature is a dual-roller structure-a large central roller paired with two small outer rollers. This unique design enables the pallet to move at 2.5 times the chain's speed, allowing slower chain operation with higher conveying efficiency.

Constructed with high-strength steel link plates and wear-resistant rollers (engineering plastic or steel), they ensure durability and low noise. A key advantage is free-flow accumulation: pallets can stop at workstations while the chain runs continuously, ideal for assembly lines.
