Products Description
The 12.7mm (1/2") pitch U-shaped rubber top conveyor chain (standard 08B series base) is designed especially for the non-slip, anti-scratch, and mar-free transportation of delicate products. This rubber profile conveyor chain guaranties maximum friction while shielding high-value surfaces-such as architectural glass, polished timber, delicate electronics, and finished sheet metals-from scratches, scuffs, and impacts during transit. It has high-durability elastomeric profile pads firmly mounted in a U-shaped steel cradle.
Structure Analysis
Base Roller Chain Standard 08A sleeve roller chain (Pitch 12.7mm). Compatible with standard 08A sprockets. Carbon steel or stainless steel options are available.
U-shaped Rubber Cover Pads (Core Component) Clip-on U-shaped rubber blocks fixed on outer plates. Elastic rubber works as the bearing surface instead of bare metal.
Two Common Versions Elastic rubber covered version for cushioning; metal U-shell version for dust protection, which can be fitted with extra rubber mat.
Modular Design Each rubber pad can be replaced individually. No need to replace the whole chain if partial pads wear out.
