Product Overview
Heavy duty O-ring roller chains are upgraded high-strength transmission chains specially designed for harsh and heavy-load industrial conditions, complying with ISO and ANSI international standards. Different from conventional roller chains, they are equipped with elastic rubber O-rings installed between outer link plates and inner link plates. The sealed O-ring structure locks long-lasting lubricant inside pin and bushing gaps, preventing lubricant leakage and blocking external dust, mud and corrosive pollutants from entering friction parts.
Made of ultra-high-strength alloy steel, the chain plates, pins and rollers undergo reinforced heat treatment to boost tensile strength and impact resistance. It effectively reduces internal friction and component abrasion, cutting operating heat generation. Able to adapt to high-load, high-speed and dusty working scenarios, the chain is widely applied in mining machinery, construction equipment, agricultural vehicles and heavy-duty automation transmission systems.
