Description
Self-lubrication roller chains are energy-saving maintenance-free transmission chains manufactured based on standard short-pitch chain structures. The bushings are made of special oil-impregnated sintered alloy, which can store plenty of lubricating oil inside porous materials. During operation, friction heat triggers automatic oil seepage to lubricate pins and contact parts continuously.
Different from ordinary roller chains, this series requires no regular oiling or grease maintenance. It features low friction coefficient, low running noise and stable meshing performance. Meanwhile, it avoids oil leakage and pollution, adapting to oil-free, dust-free and clean working environments. With high wear resistance and fatigue strength, it is suitable for office machinery, food equipment and light-load automated transmission devices.
Warranty
We provide standardized after-sales warranty services for all self-lubrication chains. Under normal installation and operating conditions, we promise a 12-month warranty period. Within the warranty term, we offer free replacement or maintenance for quality defects including broken components and abnormal abrasion caused by manufacturing flaws. The warranty does not cover damage from overload, improper installation, man-made destruction and corrosive working conditions. We provide lifelong technical consultation to guarantee long-term and stable chain operation.
