Material & Process
Material: 45# carbon‑steel (not stainless steel). Teeth are high‑frequency quenched. Temper‑oxidation colour appears on tooth surface for higher hardness and wear‑resistance.
CNC‑milled teeth comply with ANSI / ISO Series‑A standard for 10A roller chain, pitch:15.875 mm.
Structure: Double‑drive pseudo double‑row sprocket. Two tooth discs are assembled on one shared hub & bore. It engages one single roller chain for dual‑output drive, not genuine double‑strand sprocket for two parallel chains. Pilot bore for further finishing: finished bore, keyway and set‑screw holes can be machined.
Face marking: 45# 10A14 means 45# steel, chain size 10A, 14 teeth.
Application & Notes
Widely used for agricultural machinery, light‑duty conveyors and general industrial transmission. It realizes one‑input‑to‑two‑output chain driving.
Note: Carbon‑steel version is not suitable for wash‑down or corrosive conditions; select stainless‑steel sprocket for humid working environment. Different from genuine double‑strand sprockets, this pseudo double‑row design features two tooth discs mounted on one shared hub, enabling one‑input power source to drive two separate chain sets simultaneously.
Teeth are CNC‑milled and high‑frequency quenched to achieve high surface hardness, improving wear‑resistance and extending service life under continuous running. It comes with pilot bore, ready for further machining of finished bore, keyway and set‑screw holes according to your drive‑shaft dimension.
Ideal for farm equipment, light‑duty conveyors and other power‑split transmission systems. Please note carbon‑steel material is not fit for wet or corrosive working scenarios; choose stainless‑steel version if wash‑down condition is required.
