This is a heavy-duty slat conveyor chain specifically designed for the steel and metallurgical industries. Also known as apron feeder chain or high-temperature heavy-load conveyor chain for steel mills, it serves as the core component of slat conveyors (commonly called apron feeders).
Structure Design
These L-shaped/angled chain links are custom attachments for slat conveyors, designed to mount material-carrying slats and form a continuous conveying surface. Built with large-pitch, forged/high-strength welded chain plates and sealed heavy-duty rollers (the purple components shown), the chain delivers reliable performance under high temperatures, heavy loads and impact conditions.
