Structure Analysis
- Basic Chain Link Built on 08B roller chain structure, composed of stainless steel inner & outer plates, pins and sleeves. It can mesh with matched standard driving sprockets steadily.
- Large & Small Dual Roller Design (Core Feature) Each link is equipped with one large load roller and one small driving roller. The small roller engages with sprockets to drive the chain; the large roller supports the tooling plate. The diameter difference creates the speed multiplying effect.
- Customizable Options Single-side / double-side attachments with mounting holes are available. All stainless steel rollers, extended pins and special fittings can be customized.

Limitations
Stainless steel double speed chain is heavier than aluminum version, suitable for light & medium load. Carbon steel reinforced type is recommended for heavy loads.
Periodic lubrication is required for continuous high-speed operation to reduce roller abrasion.
SUS304 cannot resist strong acid, alkali and long-term seawater immersion. Upgrade to SUS316L for harsh corrosive conditions.
