Structure Analysis
- Stainless Steel Chain Body Heavy-duty stainless steel inner & outer plates, solid pins and sleeves provide high tensile strength and rust resistance, suitable for humid and washing working conditions. Pre-drilled holes on chain plates allow installation of baffles, tooling trays and carrying plates.
- External Nylon Rollers (Core Feature) Blue engineering nylon rollers are mounted on both ends of pins. They do not engage with sprockets. The chain sleeves mesh with sprockets for driving, while nylon rollers work only as supporting travelling wheels. They separate chain plates from guide rails and prevent metal-to-metal abrasion.
- Customizable Options Single-side or double-side rollers available. Roller material can be changed to PU, POM or stainless steel. Various bent attachments can be welded on chain plates upon request.

Limitations
Working temperature range for nylon rollers: -20℃ ~ 80℃. Steel rollers are required for high-temperature applications.
Avoid contact with strong solvents and concentrated acid & alkali, which will damage plastic rollers.
Not recommended for ultra-heavy load; select metal roller version for heavy-duty transportation.
