- Rollers: White engineering plastic (POM/Nylon). Stainless steel rollers are available as customized option.
Structure Analysis
- Inner & Outer Chain Plates Thickened stainless steel straight plates with pre-drilled mounting holes. Tooling pallets, baffles and carrying plates can be directly mounted for workpiece transportation.
- Pin & Sleeve Assembly Precision-machined stainless steel mating parts, excellent corrosion resistance for humid, food-grade and water treatment working conditions.
- Dual External Side Rollers (Core Feature) The white plastic rollers do not engage with sprockets for driving. They act only as supporting travelling wheels sliding along guide rails. The chain body meshes with sprockets separately. This design separates driving force and load bearing. Rollers protrude on both sides of chain plates, preventing direct friction between chain plates and guide rails, cutting wear and operating noise greatly.
Key Features & Advantages
Superior Corrosion Resistance SUS304 stainless steel withstands water, weak acid and weak alkali. Ideal for food processing, aquatic, beverage, slaughter and washing lines with low rust risk.
Low Noise & Low Friction Rolling contact between nylon rollers and metal guides. Much quieter than sliding steel-on-steel contact. Minimal lubrication required, suitable for oil-free food conveying requirements.
Optional Accumulation Function Workpieces can be stopped at stations while the chain keeps running continuously, realizing accumulation conveying, widely used in assembly production lines.
Strong Expandability Pre-drilled holes on chain plates allow installation of fixtures, carrier trays and supports. Plastic rollers can be replaced with metal rollers for higher load capacity and temperature resistance.
Benefits of Long Pitch Structure Suitable for long-distance, low-speed heavy-load conveying. Fewer chain links required for equipment, helping customers reduce overall machine costs.
Limitations
Operating temperature range for plastic rollers: -20℃ ~ 80℃. Stainless steel rollers are mandatory for high-temperature environments.
Not recommended for strong organic solvents and high-concentration acid & alkali. Upgrade to SUS316L chain for heavy corrosive conditions.
Designed for low-speed operation. Recommended linear speed ≤15 m/min.

Matching Components Must use P200 dedicated conveyor sprockets. Sprockets mesh only with chain sleeves and will not touch side rollers. Guide rails recommend wear-resistant steel or polymer wear strips.
