Structure Analysis
- Base Chain: Standard 12A Stainless Steel Roller Chain Consists of inner & outer plates, sleeves, rollers and solid pins in accordance with ANSI 12A specification. Compatible with standard matched sprockets, featuring stable transmission and good interchangeability.
- Square Carrying Slats (Core Component) Flat square slats are fixed on outer plates. Pre-drilled holes on slats support direct material loading or installation of stops and tooling fixtures. Evenly spaced slats build a continuous conveying platform.
- Customizable Options Single-side slats or double-side slats available; slat size, thickness and hole positions can be tailor-made. Roller or rollerless design, welded slats or bolt-on removable slats are optional.
