Structure Analysis
- Base Chain Body Standard stainless steel roller chain assembly: inner & outer plates, sleeves, rollers and solid pins. Stable transmission and compatible with standard sprockets.
- Triangular Spike Paddles (Core Component) Spike paddles are laser-cut from stainless steel plate, fixed on outer chain plates by welding or bolts. The sharp triangle shape easily inserts into material piles for reliable pushing.
- Customizable Design Spike spacing, paddle height, thickness, single-side / double-side installation, forward/reverse orientation are all customizable. Roller or rollerless structure optional.
