Structure Analysis
- Chain Plates & Integrated Attachments Heavy-gauge stainless steel punched plates with one-piece L-shaped bent attachments. Pre-drilled holes enable simple bolt-on installation for conveyor slats without extra welding supports.
- Pin & Sleeve Joint Solid pins and precision machined sleeves ensure high load capacity and flexible rotation. All metallic parts are stainless steel for water and rust resistance.
- Customizable Structure Rollers (inner rollers / outer side rollers) can be added as required. Attachments can be modified: single-side bent, double-side bent, extended height or double-direction bend.

Limitations
Versions without side rollers will cause direct friction between chain plates and guide rails. Low operating speed or wear-resistant guide strips are recommended.
SUS316L and optimized heat treatment are required under high temperature or strong acid & alkali conditions.
Roller structure is recommended for high-speed operation to reduce abrasion.
